Competition Terms and Conditions:
All rules must be followed to ensure a valid entry to the prize draw and all entries must comply with Avanade’s code of conduct and all applicable UK laws and regulations. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

- Target audience: Microsoft Ignite 2022 attendees residing in the UK only. Specifically excluding all Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft employees and contractors (the “Participants”).

- Duration: 9am on 7th October 2022 (the "Opening Date") until midnight on 28th October 2022 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. All Participant entries must be received by Avanade by no later than 11.59pm on the Closing Date. All Participant competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

- Prizes: The prize will be provided “as is”.  The winner accepts responsibility for all applicable taxes and fees in connection with the prize. A maximum of one (1) prize with one (1) winner may be awarded:

• Prize draw - one (1) winner will be selected based on the person who is closest to guessing the number of jellybeans in the virtual jar. Should the closest number be guessed by more than one (1) person, then those names will be entered into a raffle to select the winner.

• Prize – one (1) Oculus Quest Headset (“Headset”). One (1) winner will receive one (1) Headset.

- How to Enter:

• To enter, Participants must enter online via this link: and submit their answer. Participants to guess how many jellybeans are in the virtual jar, with the closest number guessed correctly, winning. 

• One (1) entry per person only

- Conditions:

• By entering this competition, all Participants agree that Avanade and its Affiliates can share entrants’ name and details submitted online, for internal business purposes only. 
• Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must be a UK resident at the time of entry.
• The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft or any of their Affiliates or members of their families.
• Avanade will not accept:

(a)responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b)proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

• Prizes are subject to availability. Avanade reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
• The decision of Avanade is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
• Avanade will only process your personal information with regard to the announcement of the winners in accordance with Avanade’s Data Privacy Policy.
• Avanade reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
