Eugene Belilovsky

Sharlie Raymond 
Data & AI Specialist, Microsoft

Sharlie is a Data & AI Specialist at Microsoft, collaborating with financial services organisations and local governments to create AI and Analytics roadmaps. With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, she provides strategic guidance on generative and agentic AI, data governance, and analytics, driving organisational transformation and innovation. Previously, she served as the Data & AI Partner Strategy Lead for ANZ and South-East Asia, helping Microsoft Partners with go-to-market strategies and navigating AI opportunities. Before Microsoft, Sharlie spent five years as an alliance leader and IoT product owner at an Australian partner, earning global innovation awards in 2020 and 2021 for AI and IoT projects. She began her career as an IT Project Manager at one of Canada’s major financial institutions before relocating to Australia in 2016.
