Peer-to-peer learning and the sharing of experiences and insights is at the heart of the Head Space program. At our sessions, attendees and speakers discuss the business challenges (and opportunities) they face when embedding innovation and digital in their organisations.
Head Space events are taking place in multiple countries across Europe and beyond. Take a read through the summaries from each of the events on this page. If you are you interested in learning more, or in attending an event in another country, do let us know.

Amsterdam, April 2015
An audience of influential IT decision makers from a cross section of industry verticals attended Avanade’s first ever Head Space event in Amsterdam to discuss the opportunities and challenges of becoming a true digital businesses. The event, which took place at the Rembrandt Tower Boardroom on April 2, highlighted the advantages and challenges of the digital era and what the key learnings and best practices are that will help businesses to succeed.
"People play a critical role in the digital world, and in order to become a truly digital organization, there needs to be a strong desire for change throughout the entire business. The board needs to lead by example and put innovation on its agenda."
- Peter Temes, ILO
"It’s clear the pressure to drive their company’s journey to become a true digital business, which innovates effectively, often leaves senior IT decision makers feeling as if they would benefit from some objective support and specific expertise. At Avanade we are innovating, every day – and getting to this point required the creation of a framework for innovation - so our own people knew what best practice looked like. Our experience of doing this for ourselves and our clients, has proved invaluable, whether they’re attempting to establish a culture of ‘bottom up’ innovation, or drive massive global transformation."
- Julian Tomison, Avanade
