Please record a 60-second personal video story featuring either (or both):

• One of your best and most unique buying experiences: Did it include both online and offline channels? Describe your relationship with the brand before and after the experience. Please avoid brand names use generic names like “a popular online retailer."
• One of your most provocative, humorous, negative buying experience: Did it include both online and offline channels? Describe your relationship with the brand before and after the experience. Brand names to be avoided. Please use generic names like “a popular online retailer."

Filming tips

• Look directly into the camera and click record.
• Speak clearly and loudly into the microphone given the background noise at the event.
• Introduce yourself with your name, where you live and stipulate, “One of my [best / worst] customer experiences was…”
• Try and be as expressive as possible with hand gestures, facial expressions and tone of voice.
• At the 60-second mark, conclude your story and click record again to record your second story.
• Review and approve your submission(s).
