Prof. Dr. Isabell Welpe

Isabell M. Welpe holds the Chair for Strategy and Organization at the Technische Universität München in Munich, Germany. Her research interests are in New Public Management, leadership, future concepts of work and organisations, impact of digital technologies and social media and strategic Innovation.
Isabell M. Welpe studied management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Germany and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, USA. She completed an additional MSc at the London School of Economics before finishing her PhD at the University of Regensburg. She has been a visiting professor at the Keck Graduate Institute, Claremont, USA and a postdoctoral fellow at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Before taking over the Chair for Strategy and Organization at the Technische Universität München, she worked at the Max Planck Institute for Economics.
Prof. Dr. Yasmin Mei-Yee Weiß

Prof. Dr. Yasmin Mei-Yee Weiß is currently a business studies professor (one of the youngest female business studies professors in Germany), member of the supervisory board of a German semiconductor producer, executive director of the Institute for German-Chinese Cooperation and policy advisor. She has been raised in a German-Chinese family. She studied business at the Universitaet Eichstaett-Ingolstadt and at the Ecole Supérieure der Commerce in Nizza.
After completing her doctorate in business studies Mrs. Weiß first worked for the Accenture in Munich and as a human resources representative for higher executive positions for the energy company E ON AG in Duesseldorf. In 2006 she joined the BMW group in Munich where, after several internal positions in human resource and strategic divisions, she was responsible as human resource manager for BMW China until early 2014. In parallel to her job Mrs. Weiß has been a professor in business studies since 2011 at the Technischen Hochschule in Nuernberg where she teaches human resources and organization. She also teaches gender and diversity management at the Technische Universitaet Berlin.
Prof. Dr. Yasmin Mei-Yee Weiß is member of the innovation advisory council of federal chancellor Angela Merkel, of federal minister of economy Sigmar Gabriel's foreign trade advisory council and of several political and business executive networks.
Ali Mahlodji
Founder, Chief Storyteller & Chief Visionary WHATCHADO
Ali Mahlodji was born in Tehran in 1981, arrived in Austria as a refugee at the age of two and dropped out of school at the age of 18. Today he is in his mid-thirties and can look back on a succession of more than 40 jobs – from construction worker to pharmacist’s assistant to management Consultant. He is a multiple award-winning co-founder of an internationally acclaimed start-up company with his WHATCHADO internet platform, which is going from strength to strength as a "manual" for life stories which brings together professions and vocations. In 2013, the European Union appointed Ali as a Youth Ambassador for life.
Susan Brady

Susan oversees the growth and development of Linkage’s Advancing Women & Inclusive Leadership practice, which includes The Intensive on Leading Inclusively and the Women in Leadership Institute™. She is an engaging speaker, coach and facilitator, and has deep experience working with executives and leaders at all levels in a variety of business contexts. Known for building and maintaining strategic relationships with organizations worldwide, she has proven in-depth experience designing and implementing targeted leadership initiatives focused on advancing women leaders.
Prior to returning to Linkage, Susan served as the CEO of the Relational Life Institute, an educational services organization, and held leadership positions with two spin-offs of the Harvard Negotiation Project. Susan earned her BA while on a theatre scholarship at Marietta College, and holds a Masters in Educational Leadership and Applied Behavioral Sciences from Ohio University. She is also a contributing author of the book: Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Path to Leadership. She also recently published the 30-Second Guide to Coaching Your Inner Critic.
Dr. Christine Haupt
General Manager Services, Microsoft Germany
Dr. Christine Haupt has been responsible for the services business in Microsoft Germany since July 2016. She is a member of the executive board and reports directly to chief executive Sabine Bendiek. Christine Haupt has studied physics in Wuerzburg and earned a doctorate degree in San Francisco. In 1997 she joined Computacenter as trainee and went on to hold positions in marketing and services. Christina Haupt was recently a member of the executive board of Cuputacenter responsible for professional services including solution business and consulting services. Dr. Christine Haupt is married and interested in contemporary art and street art. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking and skiing.
Christiane Noll
Austria Country Manager, Avanade
Ms Noll joined Avanade in October 2016 and as the general manager is responsible for the Austria business. Christiane Noll and her team are dedicated to support the digital transformation of leading Austrian companies with innovative technologies providing them with a strong competitive advantage. Before coming to Avanade Christine worked for Microsoft Austria, most recently as a member of the executive board. Prior to that she has, among other things, established a software company with twelve subsidiaries specialized in CRM systems.
Christiane Noll is very engaged in the fields of digitalization and women in technological. She is also the founder of the "Digital Salon" in collaboration with Microsoft and the initiative "We digitize Austria" and initiated the "Digital Heros".
